Hand Wash：

1.Remove your used pad.
2.Put it in the sink and turn on the cold water.
3.Rinse it and squeeze it gently until the blood is removed or the water is running clear.
4.Rub some liquid soap over the pad, gently knead the pads (like you’re kneading bread).
5.Rinse thoroughly then gently squeeze out the water.
6.Hang to dry.

Machine Wash：

1.Separate the different colors to avoid colour change.

2.  Wash temperature under 30°C. (Less than 86 °F) is better.
3. Remove the insert from the pocket gently.
4. Washing without bleach and softener is much healthier.
5. Drying under the sun can get rid of a lot of bacteria
